Achieving new treatments with stem cell technology
ABOUT
CAD was established in order to make practically available on the research outcomes of pluripotent stem cells (ES/iPS cells) researched at the (former) Institute for Frontier Medical Sciences ( currently Institute for Medical and Biological Sciences) and the Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS) of Kyoto University.
We are developing “cell therapy with Schwann cells” to regenerate damaged nerves and “iPS drug discovery” to discover new drugs using disease model cells derived from patients.
Through these cell therapy and iPS drug discovery, we will contribute to the progress of a healthy society.
Toward the practical application of advanced cell medicine and iPS drug discovery We are looking for a collaboration partner who can walk together with us.
